Shipping Options
DearmoGift offers shipping within Australia, as well as in-store pickup.
Customers can choose the available shipping option at checkout. The available methods, costs, and estimated delivery time may vary depending on the order details, product size, delivery address, and checkout information.
In-Store Pickup
If you choose in-store pickup, we will notify you once your order is completed and ready for collection.
Please wait for our pickup notification before visiting the store, as your product may still be in production or packaging. Please provide your order information when collecting your item.
Delivery Time
As DearmoGift products are customised, the delivery time is separate from the total order processing time.
The total waiting time may include:
- Photo or scan data confirmation
- Modelling and adjustment
- Full-colour 3D printing
- Finishing and quality check
- Packaging and dispatch
- Courier delivery time
The production time may vary depending on the product type, order complexity, number of revisions, and current order volume.
If your order is needed for a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or special date, we recommend placing your order in advance.
Shipping Notification
Once your order has been dispatched, we will try to provide shipping or tracking information where available.
If the tracking information does not update immediately, please allow some time for the courier system to refresh.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the product size, weight, packaging requirements, and delivery address.
Fragile, larger, or multi-piece products may require additional protective packaging, which may affect the shipping cost. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout or confirmed with your order.
Packaging
We will use suitable packaging materials to protect your product, especially for figurines, pet figurines, busts, photo frames, and other delicate customised items.
As some 3D printed products may include small details, such as fingers, ears, tails, hair, or accessories, please handle the product gently after receiving it.
Delivery Damage
If your product arrives with visible damage, please contact us as soon as possible and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the damaged area
- Date the parcel was received
Please do not throw away the packaging immediately, as we may need photos or further information to assess the delivery damage.
We will review the situation and provide a suitable solution depending on the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your delivery address, contact details, and recipient information are correct before placing your order.
If the parcel is delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will try our best to update the address.
Failed Delivery or Returned Parcel
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery, missed collection, incorrect address, or other reasons outside DearmoGift’s control, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Please follow the courier’s instructions and collect or rearrange delivery in time.
International Shipping
At the moment, we mainly provide shipping within Australia.
If you need international shipping, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether it can be arranged. International shipping fees, delivery time, customs duties, and import taxes may vary by country or region and may be the customer’s responsibility.
Public Holidays and Delays
Public holidays, promotion periods, severe weather, courier delays, peak delivery seasons, or other factors outside our control may extend production or delivery time.
We will try our best to communicate with customers in advance, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
